14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your job posting payment. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can:
- Email us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request (optional).
- Contact Paddle (our payment provider and Merchant of Record) directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase.
Processing
- All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record.
- Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Once a refund is processed, the associated job posting will be deactivated.
Free Plan
Hunaras is free for candidates. Candidates are never charged, so this refund policy applies only to paid employer job postings.
